Sunil Javali

Autoplast commenced operations under the guidance and funding of serial entrepreneurs Mr JP Javali and Mr NP Javali with the objective of catering to customized, precision engineering parts manufacture to OEM’s. The operations were headed by Mr Sunil N Javali.

Sunil is a Mechanical Engineer and Master of Engineering (IEOR) post graduate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, USA.

He learnt the practice of mechanical engineering skills at Auto Reconditioners, involved in refurbish machining of automotive engine parts.

Sunil at Bharat Electronics was in the Projects and Consultancy Cell. He has been instrumental in designing the Mechanical Engineering aspects of the Automated Guided Vehicle for transport of materials, in designing the machine for automating filling of battery electrolytes for Lithium based batteries used in defence, designing and fabricating the automated PCB Plating plant at BEL.

Autoplast, under his stewardship commenced operations with supplies to Kodak, TVS Electronics and Tyco Electronics. Today they cater to a wide range of customers from different industries. Parts are exported to USA, Singapore and Germany.
